Refund Policy
Cancellation
While we are committed to provide excellent customer experience, there may some unforeseen circumstances where we are not able to fulfil parts of order or entire order. In these cases whatever products or services we are not able to fulfil from our end would be cancelled, if all products/services in an order is cancelled then order itself is considered cancelled. We will refund the amount of partial / full order which we are not able to fulfil.
Please note that once an order is placed it is considered final and we do not entertain any cancellation requests from customer after that.
Refund
In case cancellation is done from our side, entire amount would be refunded in case of cancellation of full order. If order is cancelled partially, only unfulfilled products would be refunded entirely.
In case cancellation is initiated from customer and accepted, refund would be done with full amount less whatever payment gateway charges incurred to us.
Typically refund can take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account/credit. In some cases it can take even longer, this would depend upon mode of transaction and payment gateway.
In case of a course purchase no refund request will be entertained, and for any class reschedule the request needs to be initiated before 24 hours of the scheduled session failing to do so will attract loss of the session and no full/partial refund will be provided for that.
Returns and Exchange
For the purchase of a physical product from us, such as a yoga mat or a meditation cushion (but not limited to), you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. To request a refund, please contact us at support[at]medhhyogashala[dot]com with your order details and reason for the refund. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Services purchased, such as yoga, meditation, spiritual counselling and other services
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products that have been returned after the refund period has expired
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy
In case of a return, customer needs to return it along with original invoice, in its original packing with all tags, in its original packaging.
If customer location is eligible for pickup we will arrange the pickup, otherwise customer will have to send it via courier service . We will refund the courier amount to the maximum of ₹150 subjected to submission of courier receipt through email.
In such case it is customers responsibility to ensure product reach our warehouse un-damaged. Hence we recommend using prominent courier services and claim refund from them directly in case package is lost or damaged.
In case we are not able to provide replacement we would refund corresponding amount.
Replacement/refund will be initiated only after product has reached to our warehouse and quality checks are done.
